Ideal location, with helpful and friendly staff. Even a young waiter who made a mistake was quick to apologize. 🌟

We usually stay in city centre hotels when visiting somewhere like Segovia but it was hot so this was a great compromise. Its close to the city (too long to walk but only about Euro 5 for a taxi) but it had an pool which was great. We ate raciones in the garden, which were an excellent choice for dinner
Most of the staff were excellent but two young males in the bar where really pretty rude and generally acted as is serving customers was beneath them. But they were an exception. We went to try the indoor pool in the spa and were told we had to wear flip flops and swimming hats. We have used spa pools all over the place and never had that before so we didnt bother.

The hotel was in a comfortable location in front of a garden and a park. The restaurant here was very accommodating for dinner, we both ordered savoury dishes. The staff were very very helpful and had a sense of humour.

Our room with the view to historical city was phantastic: spacious, luxurious, elegant and cosy. It was likely the best room we had in Spain. The bathroom was excellent. In our arrangement the breakfast was included in the price; it was rich and very good. There is free parking at the hotel.
The hotel is located ouside the historical center and this makes it a bit inconvenient for a city visit. There is a bus connection to the center each 15 minutes and the bus station is just opposite the hotel. The taxi fare is about 5 eur (in May 2010).

The all round experience was perfect. The decor throughout the public areas and our room was beautiful. I can't imagine what is lacking for 5 star classification.

The rooms here are spacious, beautifully decorated, and come with fantastic bathrooms, a lovely terrace in a garden illuminated by candles, and a private patio overlooking the grounds.

easy to get to the centre of Segovia by car but not an ideal location for a visit to this city.
the staff were 'off hand' particularly the staff in the cafe/bar. it was a very expensive hotel but there were dirty corners in the room, clearly not done properly.

excelent new hotel. the rooms are big and comfortable at a good price.
Is quite out of town, is hard to move around without a car. 1 After we left we wrote to enquire about a mobile that perhap we left in the room, but w never got an answer

Everything was modern. The rooms were extremely pleasant and spacious enough for 2 large suitcases.- The staff were very helpful and excellent.- The hotel has an exceptionally nice location close to a supermarket like Lidl and the beautiful Spanish town.- It was close to the downtown area.

The hotel had some very amiable staff , particularly in the restaurant. The situation is fairly good, a quick taxi drive to the centre where you can view the magnificent aqueduct.

Our 3-night stay at the hotel was superb. We enjoyed it so much we were hard-pressed to take ourselves off for sightseeing in Segovia. The room was large and comfortable, the wifi connection was quick and seamless and we had a marvellous view of the Segovia cathedral from our room. The pool is in good condition and we enjoyed lounging around it. The breakfast was ample with the option also of a glass of cava to start the day
We had to purchase swimming caps when using the spa whereas a refundable deposit would have been more welcome. A bar service is available but the service was a bit grim - how about service with a smile?

I had a hard boiled egg for breakfast and it was bad! They must recyecle the eggs that no one eats.

The pool area was an ideal place to relax after a day viewing the sights of Segovia. The terrace was also a nice spot to enjoy an early evening drink.
The pool area could do with a few more sunbeds and the outside terrace could also be larger. Although most of the staff were pleasant one or two individuals were particularly rude
